Write For Us – Bitcoin ATM Guest Posts

This is the subject the site is built around. We maintain a verified directory of crypto ATMs across the United States and publish the date each machine was last checked, so we hold ATM coverage to a higher evidential standard than anything else here. A fee figure without a source does not run.

What we want

  • Operator economics – what it costs to place and run a machine, and where the margin actually comes from
  • Compliance in practice: registration, state licensing, ID thresholds, and why they differ operator to operator
  • First-hand reporting from real locations, with photographs you took yourself
  • Fee comparisons you measured rather than repeated

What we decline

  • Operator marketing dressed as editorial
  • Fee figures with no source
  • “Best Bitcoin ATM” rankings ordered by affiliate payout
  • Anything that understates what a machine costs the user

A pitch that would work

A day spent visiting six machines in one metro, recording each quoted rate against the spot price at that exact minute.

Submissions are currently free. We are building this section and would rather have good Bitcoin ATMs reporting than early revenue, so there is no fee to submit or to publish right now. Paid placement will open later; when it does it will be clearly labelled and the editorial standards on this page will not change.

What payment will never buy: a directory listing, a better position in it, or publication of something that fails fact-checking. See the sponsored content policy and our affiliate disclosure.

Requirements

  • 1,000-1,500 words, original, not published anywhere else.
  • Sources linked inline to primary material – filings, fee schedules, operator records.
  • A real author bio and a verifiable identity.
  • We edit for accuracy and house style, and we fact-check before publishing. See our editorial process.
  • Unfamiliar terms are defined in our crypto glossary – use it rather than re-explaining basics.

Questions

I operate machines. Can I write for you?

Yes, with disclosure, and it will be labelled. What you cannot buy is a directory placement or a better position in it – listings are free and never reordered for money.

Do you want photographs?

Very much. A photograph of an actual machine in an actual store is worth more than any stock render, and it is original reporting, which is a signal we care about.

Can I submit a machine that is missing?

Yes – use the listing update form. That is separate from writing for us and is always free.

Other subjects we accept

We run a separate brief for each subject because what makes a good Bitcoin ATMs piece is not what makes a good piece elsewhere. Pick the one that fits:

Before you pitch

Read something we have published, and look at the ATM directory – it is the centre of the site and the reason our standards on sourcing are what they are. Then send the topic, your angle, and one sentence on what makes it different from what already ranks.

Use the contact form or email editor@usacryptoreports.com. Our terms of use cover submitted content.
