Filing a notice
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice through our contact form including all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact URL of the material on this site you want removed.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to material where the claim is well founded. We notify whoever posted it.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
We terminate access for repeat infringers.
